Authorised Public Institutions and Organizations (In case of a demand from Authorised Public Institutions and Organizations for the sake of following reasons; protection of public health, preventive medicine, diagnosis, execution of treatment and nursing processes.) (In order to share demanded information with Authorised Public Institutions and Organizations in pursuit of relevant law).

4. THE COLLECTİON METHOD OF PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data can be collected by data controller Operator Doctor Ali Evlice by non-automatic methods like printed forms, from the data that you transmitted to us with legal documents and written statements or automatic methods like; e-mails, websites and also the cookies and the pixel technologies used in these websites, the social media accounts and the ones that collected from our business partners.

 

5. RIGHTS IN RELATION TO PROTECTİON OF PERSONAL DATA

  7. If your processed data is analysed exclusively by automatic systems and if there is an against result to you, you can make an objection.
  8. Demanding your damages to be compensated if those damages arised because of your personal data is processed unlawfully.
